Steps to download Excel file:

1. Go to the 'Upload' section in the supplier's feed menu.

2. In this section, select the appropriate download type, for example, "Upload from PC".

3. Select the required Excel file from your computer.

4. Click "Continue" to continue the download process.

5. In the window that appears, the file format will be automatically determined. If the format determination is correct, click the "Next" button. If the file format is not detected correctly, you will need to manually set the correct file format and then also click the "Next" button.

6. Next, the Field Mapping window will open. The service maps columns automatically(1), but if a field name isn't recognized, it will be skipped. For any unmapped or required columns, select the appropriate name from the drop-down list manually(2).

   You can map fields such as SKU, manufacturer article number, brand, price, balance (availability), currency, and other parameters. The price at which you buy the product from your supplier should be mapped to the Price field.
   If the supplier has a recommended price (RRP, MRP, Retail price, etc.), i.e. the price at which you need to sell (not cheaper), then load this price into the RRP field.

7. After setting up the column name matches, click the "Import" button. Wait until the data is downloaded. The download time depends on the file size and the speed of your Internet connection.
